As a business-driven HR professional, I was concerned with a couple of leadership practices that weren't evolving and were becoming frequent barriers to HR's successFirst, HR was still fighting to be treated as strategic leaders and HR business partners. Second, many leaders touted innovation as a core value, yet weren't open to new practices and perspectives.

Not only did this make HR's job harder, but I was also worried that my own career would become outdated. I needed to do more, so in 2019, the HR Revolution was ignited.

Fast forward to today, and HR Revolution is helping clients revolutionize their HR practices and strategically balance their business needs with employee needs, creating thriving workplaces that drive business forward.

After six years in the Marine Corps, I got my first civilian HR Assistant job where I had rare opportunities to work with senior-level strategies, which introduced me to the relationships between core business functions and how they impacted each other.

These opportunities, plus great mentors and stretch assignments shaped me into the business-driven HR professional I am today. 20+ years later, I still love HR and the mix of business and people, and that passion fuels me when working with individuals and organizations create, grow, and level-up.

There's a devil in the house!

A Sun Devil, that is. In 2019, I graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, concentrating in Organizational Leadership and Business.

In the fall of 2019, the Dean of the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts (CISA), invited me to join the Dean’s Impact and Advisory Council. Five years later, I still proudly serve alongside this group of ASU leadership and talented businesspeople.
